We need an expert in HR to join the team, ready to make an impact and hit the ground running. If you have experience in an HR setting and can use your initiative to improve and provide excellent service to customers and colleagues, then this role is perfect for you. In this position, you will need to take ownership and act as a beacon for your team, creating successful results for the business while maintaining the highest levels of compliance. You'll work in a positive team environment where you can thrive and develop your skill-set in the exciting world of HR. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of HR and best practices, and either have or be working towards their next CIPD qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related queries and policies.

• Collaborate with the HR team on projects and activities, delivering results.

• Complete HR-related projects and initiatives that improve the HR department.

• Maintain and improve compliance practices while regularly updating knowledge of current regulations.

• Increase customer and employee satisfaction.

• Support and guide other HR advisers in the team to help them complete all tasks to the best of their ability.

• Create HR-related resources for all parties to assist with basic knowledge and enhance the quality of service.

• Investigate complex queries, ensuring compliance with mandatory laws and regulations.

• Monitor and report on employee performance to ensure everyone is working to the highest standards.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• CIPD qualification (preferable).

• A strong understanding of HR policies and processes.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Knowledge of employment law.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.

• Experience in an HR setting.

• Ability to use initiative to develop new ideas.
