Dynamics 365 Business Central 1st Line Support

West Midlands

£30,000 neg.

Hybrid - 1-2 days per week in the office or on site

We are looking for a knowledgeable individual with ideally 2 years’ experience of working with Business Central and proven experience of ERP system implementation. As a Business Central 1st Line Support , you will work alongside the existing support team to assist customers with support concerns and challenges, resolving issues and recommending solutions to address their needs.

BC Support Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining the smooth running of the helpdesk by logging cases received by phone, email and via a portal to ensure required information is captured accurately.
  • Identify, analyse, and resolve issues with Business Central, using the available resources and documentation. You should also be able to escalate complex or unresolved issues to a Team Leader.
  • Ensuring incidents and requests are resolved within set SLA's.
  • Contribute to the creation and update of Knowledge Base articles.

BC Support Key Skills and Experience:

  • Ideally a minimum of 2 years’ experience working with Business Central in either consulting, support or as a Key/Super user for an end user.
  • Experience of ticketing systems within a partner.
  • Proven experience in implementation or support of ERP Systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV
  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service
  • Solving complex problems
  • Desire to work in a dynamic and innovative company.

Mon to Fri - 37.5 hours per week between 8am to 6pm. 33/35 days annual leave, plus lots of additional benefits and support.
