FRAUD MANAGER

SALARY UP TO £60,000

WEST MIDLANDS (5 DAYS A WEEK IN OFFICE)

THE ROLE

  • Develop robust processes and procedures to enable investigators to identify and prevent fraudulent behaviour
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring targets and KPIs are met
  • Develop strategies to reduce loss associated with chargebacks
  • Maintaining relationships with business partners and payment providers in collaborating on fraud awareness and risk controls

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience working fraud transactions
  • Experience working on fraud investigations
  • Over 5 years of experience working in the fraud space
  • Management experience is ideal
  • Ability to work on weekends on occasions
