THE ROLE

Develop robust processes and procedures to enable investigators to identify and prevent fraudulent behaviour
Manage the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring targets and KPIs are met
Develop strategies to reduce loss associated with chargebacks
Maintaining relationships with business partners and payment providers in collaborating on fraud awareness and risk controls

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Experience working fraud transactions
Experience working on fraud investigations
Over 5 years of experience working in the fraud space
Management experience is ideal
Ability to work on weekends on occasions
