THE ROLE
- Develop robust processes and procedures to enable investigators to identify and prevent fraudulent behaviour
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring targets and KPIs are met
- Develop strategies to reduce loss associated with chargebacks
- Maintaining relationships with business partners and payment providers in collaborating on fraud awareness and risk controls
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience working fraud transactions
- Experience working on fraud investigations
- Over 5 years of experience working in the fraud space
- Management experience is ideal
- Ability to work on weekends on occasions
