Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain Linux-based systems to ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security.
  • Implement and manage AWS cloud infrastructure, including EC2, S3, and other AWS services.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with development and IT teams to integrate new technologies and solutions.
  • Maintain and manage backups, perform regular system updates, and ensure data integrity.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures, including those related to SC and NPPV3 clearances.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Linux System Administrator in a professional environment.
  • Strong background in AWS cloud services and infrastructure management.
  • SC Clearance and NPPV3 clearance are mandatory.
  • Expertise in system performance tuning, troubleshooting, and automation.
  • Excellent understanding of networking, security, and system integration.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with additional cloud platforms or DevOps tools is a plus.
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation tasks.
