I am seeking an experienced Senior HR Systems Manger to join a leading business based in the West Midlands. This role will be for an initial 6 months offering a competitive day rate with 3 days working from home.
The Senior HR Systems Manager will be responsible for ensuring the HR systems are efficient, compliant, and aligned with business needs.
Responsibilities Included
- Accountable for system enhancements and configuration, ensuring high-quality service delivery to the business.
- Manage the relationship with the HRIS provider and oversee the implementation of regular system releases
- Lead key People process
- Ensure compliance of data within the HR systems.
- Actively build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to enhance system functionality.
Skills required for the Senior HR Systems Manager:
- Knowledge of HR systems, payroll, and system configuration
- Strong project management
- Experience with Resource-link and workday
- Experience in audits
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail, with a positive attitude towards innovation. Relevant degree and experience in a similar role, preferably within a regulated environment.
