Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget
  • Engage with a wide range of stakeholders, including budget holders, stakeholders, and senior leaders, to understand needs and deliver impactful solutions
  • Develop robust project plans, risk assessments, and performance metrics
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation across assigned projects
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Significant experience in project management within public sectors
  • Strong understanding of project management frameworks (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, MSP)
