As a Capital Projects Manager, you will lead and deliver high-profile projects that shape the future of healthcare and education. These roles offer a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of innovation, ensuring successful outcomes that improve service delivery, operational efficiency, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget
  • Engage with a wide range of stakeholders, including budget holders, stakeholders, and senior leaders, to understand needs and deliver impactful solutions
  • Develop robust project plans, risk assessments, and performance metrics
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation across assigned projects

  • Significant experience in project management within the NHS, Higher Education, or related public sectors
  • Strong understanding of project management frameworks (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, MSP)

  • Adept at navigating complex organisational structures and driving consensus
