Our client, a reputable and well established law firm is seeking an ambitious and experienced Commercial Solicitor to join their team!

The Role:

As the successful Commercial Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role incorporating a range of legal matters including

  • Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a wide range of commercial contract arrangements to ensure compliance whilst also protecting the interests of the companies
  • Liaise with a range of businesses from SME's to blue chip corporate organisations
  • Running a full caseload independently
  • Liaising with stakeholders across the firm
  • Opportunity to support and mentor junior members in the team

About You:

Ideal for legal professionals with a robust background in Commercial Contracts (4+ PQE) and are comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Key attributes include good attention to detail, adept problem-solving skills, and a strong commercial acumen.
