Overview:

Our client, a highly regarded Top 200 Law Firm in the West Midlands, is currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Construction Solicitor to join them on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of a reputable firm that values innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.

The Role:

As the successful Construction Solicitor, you will undertake a variety of responsibilities, primarily involving the management of your own caseload of high quality and varied Construction matters; with an emphasis contentious issues. You will take ownership of cases and collaborate with senior Partners on more intricate matters.

This role offers ample opportunities to engage in high-quality work, spanning both local and international projects. Additionally, you will gain exposure to business development and marketing initiatives.

About You:

To thrive in this role, you should possess a solid working knowledge of Construction Law and demonstrate competence in independently managing your own files. While this position is ideally suited for legal professionals with 3-6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), candidates outside of this range will be considered. Attention to detail, quick and efficient problem-solving skills, and robust commercial acumen are essential.

This role offers excellent progression routes, with the opportunity to advance from Associate to Senior Associate and beyond.
