Birchrose Associates are working on a new opportunity for a Locum Commercial Property Solicitor to assist at a reputable law firm in the Midlands starting in January for 2-4 weeks. The OpportunityOur client is a leading law firm seeking a Locum Commercial Property Solicitor to assume responsibility for a busy caseload covering the full remit of commercial property matters. The locum is required to assist for 2-4 weeks in duration covering a Partners operation leave. Our client will allow someone to work remotely, however, if you could go into the office on day and the last day that would be advantageous. ResponsibilitiesThe locum will manage commercial property work to include:
- Landlord and Tenant matters
- Property Development
- Freehold acquisitions and disposals
- Property Finance
