WHAT TO EXPECT

Join our dynamic team as a Process Lead.

The Process Leader is a key role that drives the Production team to meet daily production expectations. Working alongside the operations Partners, the Process Leader will plan and supervise the daily operations, motivate and drive staff to meet and exceed production requirements by adopting continuous improvement processes that drive a safety and quality culture of right first time.

You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our manufacturing operations, driving efficiency, and ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained across our product range.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and encourage team members to participate in improvement programmes.
  • Identify areas for improvement in production processes and implement changes to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Lead and coach a team of production partners, providing guidance and training in all aspects of production including maintaining and updating skills matrix.
  • Ensure that all products meet company and Customer quality standards.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for any process-related issues.
  • Maintain safety standards within work area including visual inspections for correct use of PPE.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Manufacturing experience and/or within a lead role
  • Effective time Management and prioritisation skills
  • Basic competence in Microsoft Tools including Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to actively demonstrate company values and communicate effectively at all levels of the business.
  • Ability to positively influence and build strong relationships across all organisational levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to mitigate risk to production and/or supply
  • Holds Managing Safely IOSH Level 1 certificate
  • Manual Handling and Crane trainer
  • Basic First Aid and Fire Marshall trained
