Programme Test Manager - Life and Pensions

The Programme Test Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the testing activities across a Life and Pensions platform migration.This role will require a strong understanding of testing methodologies, risk management, and quality assurance processes, as well as a passion for delivering high-quality products and services.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies, plans, and schedules for Life and Pensions migration programmes.
  • Proven experience as a Test Manager or similar role within the Life and Pensions industry.
  • Identify and mitigate testing risks, issues, and defects.
  • Track and report on testing progress, metrics, and quality indicators.
  • Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the testing team
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to the Life and Pensions industry.
