Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturing company in their search for a Quality Engineer to work in their leading facility in Bridgnorth. For the successful Quality Engineer our client is offering;
- Annual salary up to £42,000 per annum
- 8:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week, bit of flexibility is available to finish earlier on Fridays when hours are made up during the week

The Role of the Quality Engineer;
- Provide technical direction on Quality engineering to the Production team.
- Carrying out internal process & product audits
- Providing corrective actions for issues that have been identified
- Facilitate and manage quality issues/internal concerns using 8D
- Supporting New Production Introduction
- Managing the measurement of Scrap, analysis and resolution through team problem solving
What our client is looking for in a Quality Engineer;
- Previous experience within a similar role - ESSENTIAL
- Experience within a Automotive environment
- IATF / PPAP experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Our client is looking for somebody who has a positive attitude to resolving Quality issues and helping the business push forward
