We invite you to join our esteemed team in our newly renovated, state-of-the-art office.We are in search of a highly skilled and organized professional to provide comprehensive support to two senior solicitors while managing the daily operations of our office. This role is ideal for an individual who excels in a dynamic environment and is dedicated to delivering exceptional administrative support.As the Legal PA, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of our office. 

Job title: Legal PASalary: £30,000 - £34,000

Your responsibilities will encompass:-    Managing schedules and appointments for senior solicitors-    Coordinating and preparing for meetings, including drafting agendas and taking minutes-    Handling correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls-    Overseeing office supplies and facilities management-    Organising and maintaining filing systems, both electronic and physical-    Assisting with the preparation of legal documents and reports-    Liaising with clients and other stakeholders on behalf of the solicitors-    Supporting the implementation of office improvements and initiativesIf you are ready to advance your career and contribute to a firm that values your expertise and commitment, we encourage you to apply.
