The Regional General Manager will play a pivotal role in leading the transport contractual delivery and ensuring that all customer service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators are met.The Regional General Manager will be responsible for creating and delivering a strategic account plan that enhances the overall experience for clients and end users.
