Commissioning Lead - Facilities Management

Rate: £400 per day – umbrella, Inside IR35

Duration: Until March 2024 (with potential for extension)

Hours: Full-time (part-time considered for the right candidate)

We are looking for a seasoned professional who has demonstratable experience delivering contracts on hard and soft services within Facilities Management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a comprehensive hard and soft services Facilities Management contract from start to finish
Oversee and manage the procurement process, ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget
Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, Sandra, to ensure smooth execution and completion of the project
Ensure all aspects of commissioning are handled efficiently, from planning to final delivery

Required Experience

Proven experience leading both hard and soft services contracts in a Facilities Management setting
Track record of seeing projects through procurement to successful completion
Written experience with specifications and contracts
