Duties
- Answer incoming phone calls as first point of contact with Customers
- Raising Sales Quotations and pro forma invoices onto Sage
- Input Sales Orders onto Sage, Sending order confirmations to Customers
- Converting Sales orders to invoices once despatched
- Deal with and reply to emails and inquiries for products
- Liaise with factory re stock levels and production orders
- Make outgoing sales calls
- Plan activities to maximise use of time most economically and effectively.
- Promote technical training to clients and communicate customer feedback into future product developments.
- Build rapport with Customers
- Maintain records of returns for testing and possible credit, following up with customers where repairs are chargeable, or crediting where required
- Updating and maintaining spreadsheets
Requirements
- Experience on Sage - essential
- Sales/Sales ledger experience
