Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building relationships and driving sales growth. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. You will play a crucial part in enhancing customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

Duties

  • Answer incoming phone calls as first point of contact with Customers
  • Raising Sales Quotations and pro forma invoices onto Sage
  • Input Sales Orders onto Sage, Sending order confirmations to Customers
  • Converting Sales orders to invoices once despatched
  • Deal with and reply to emails and inquiries for products
  • Liaise with factory re stock levels and production orders
  • Make outgoing sales calls
  • Plan activities to maximise use of time most economically and effectively.
  • Promote technical training to clients and communicate customer feedback into future product developments.
  • Build rapport with Customers
  • Maintain records of returns for testing and possible credit, following up with customers where repairs are chargeable, or crediting where required
  • Updating and maintaining spreadsheets

Requirements

  • Experience on Sage - essential
  • Sales/Sales ledger experience
