Position: Band 6 Community Mental Health NurseLocation: West BirminghamContract Type: Full Time, 3-Month PlacementWorking Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00Start Date: As soon as possible

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a diverse caseload of adult patients within the community
Administer intramuscular (IM) medication as required
Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and implement treatment strategies
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Provide support and education to patients and their families
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care

Requirements:

Experience working within Adult Community Health Services
Proven ability to manage a caseload independently
Competence in administering IM medication
Valid driving licence
Availability to start as soon as possible
