Your new company

Your new company is one of the UK's largest construction merchants looking to enhance their HR team.

Your new role

You will put to use your previous HR experience at Business Partner/ Head of HR level working across a multilocation organisation delivering the people strategy across their operational / functional team. You will be required to travel between branches across your region building strong relationships and driving the strategic plan for the organisation What you'll need to succeed

You will put to use your previous experience as a HR business partner that has seen you thrive in a multi-site complex commercial environment. You will have demonstrable experience in partnering with stakeholders at all levels to drive organisational change, with the ability to support and influence teams in achieving their goals. In depth knowledge of HR systems, ideally workday along with an in-depth knowledge of HR best practice, and employment law.

What you'll get in return

In return you will receive a salary of circa £65k dependent on experience.34 days annual leave including bank holidays, car allowance, pension plan, private medical insurance along with many more
