Resourcing Coordinator

Salary: £30,000

Location: United Kingdom, Remote

Role: 6 Month Temp - Full time

This role offers the opportunity to lead on specific recruitment campaigns, utilising direct sourcing methodology to attract top talent, and manage end-to-end vacancies. The successful candidate will also be responsible for onboarding procedures and day-to-day administration of HR processes.

The Role:

As a Resourcing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our client's ambitious growth plans. You will lead on specific recruitment campaigns across various departments, utilising direct sourcing methodology to attract and recruit top talent.

  • Develop and deliver resourcing strategy
  • Support with recruitment campaigns for various roles
  • Maximise candidate generation techniques such as employee referral, headhunting, advertising
  • Administer end-to-end onboarding procedures ensuring pre-employment checks are followed up
  • Coordinate and administer HR processes
  • Manage recruitment using online recruitment systems
  • Analyse current quality of hire and identify opportunities to improve recruitment process
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders

The ideal candidate for the Resourcing Coordinator role will bring demonstrable experience at a similar level in a direct sourcing role.

  • Experience at a similar level in a direct sourcing role
  • Experience of recruitment activity in a national, multi-site organisation
  • Ability to build and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships at all levels
  • Experienced with recruitment administration processes
  • Ability to review and analyse data, develop key insights and propose options to address critical concerns
  • Ability to focus own activity on agreed individual and team priorities and deadlines
