Responsibilities:• Keeping up-to-date records of employee's personal data to ensure all employees are paid correctly and on time, including pension data and contributions.• Making necessary updates in line with legislation, payroll, pension, and system procedures to deliver and support a high level of service.• Advising on and investigating payroll-related queries.• Building and supporting relationships with employee pension providers and the company’s internal pension teams, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.• Contributing to and delivering on projects and activities set by the line manager to the highest standards.

Requirements:• Experience working in payroll.• Proficient in Microsoft Office.• Experience using Sage, Workday, or ResourceLink.• Understanding of payroll policies.• Customer service experience.• Strong attention to detail.• Minimum of 5 GCSEs (A*-C, 9-4).
