What You'll Be Doing:

Join our NHS client's team as an Oncology Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of patients undergoing oncology treatments. In this role, you will:? Screen oncology prescriptions to ensure patient safety and compliance? Provide clinical pharmacy support in oncology and chemotherapy services? Work within hospital wards, liaising with consultants and nursing staff? Deliver evidence-based pharmaceutical care to optimize patient outcomes? Maintain accurate medication records and contribute to MDT meetings

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:? GPhC registration as a pharmacist? Prior experience in oncology pharmacy (hospital setting preferred)? Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills? The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team? A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This flexible locum position requires availability from Monday to Friday with potential for extension based on performance and service needs.
