Risk & Compliance Officer

Robert Half are partnering with a leading organisation to find a talented Risk & Compliance Officer. This role offers the chance to shape risk management and compliance processes, ensuring the business stays aligned with regulatory standards and internal policies. Key Responsibilities:

  • Risk Management: Help identify and monitor potential risks, maintain risk registers, and prepare reports for senior leadership.
  • Financing: Assist with banking relationships, financing exercises, and reviewing financial agreements to ensure favourable terms.
  • Compliance: Develop and oversee audit procedures, manage KYC/AML documentation, and stay ahead of regulatory changes.
  • Governance: Support company secretarial tasks and ensure compliance with Companies Act legislation.
  • Data & Reporting: Track performance metrics, ESG compliance, and provide data-driven insights to aid decision-making.

What We're Looking For:

  • Skills & Qualities: Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, analytical mindset, and excellent communication abilities. Familiarity with compliance tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office are a plus.
  • Background: A degree in Finance, Law, or related fields with experience in risk management, compliance, or a similar area.
  • Personal Attributes: Integrity, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage sensitive information.
