Are you an experienced Reward Advisor looking for an exciting opportunity in a dynamic environment? We are seeking a motivated and skilled professional to join our client as a Reward Advisor on a 12-month fixed-term contract. On offer is a competitive salary of up to £46,000 per annum. A hybrid working model that promotes work-life balance (2 days in the Birmingham office per week). A collaborative and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Reward Manager with pay review and administering company's reward policies and initiatives, ensuring they align with strategic goals and employee engagement values. Utilize Korn Ferry Job Evaluation methodology to evaluate roles and provide insights into grading, pay structures, and compensation strategies (experience not essential). Collaborate with HR colleagues and department leads to assess and develop competitive compensation packages. Provide employees with day-to-day support regarding Reward queries.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a reward or compensation-related role. Knowledge of Korn Ferry Job Evaluation methodology and its application in job grading would be a bonus but is not essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Attention to detail and a passion for enhancing employee satisfaction through effective reward strategies.
