National Account Manager – Groceryup to £50,000 with bonus and car allowance

We’re looking for a National Account Manager to take full ownership of major Grocery accounts, managing multi-million-pound P&Ls and driving growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage key Grocery accounts to drive sales and profitability
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to maximise growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and internal stakeholders
  • Lead annual joint business planning (JBP) negotiations
  •  Analyse market trends and performance data to identify new opportunities
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience managing UK customers in FMCG (Grocery or Retail experience is a plus)
  •  A commercial mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • A self-starter who thrives in both autonomous and team-based environments
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
