Are you a passionate and dedicated educator looking to make a real difference? We are seeking a committed Teacher (3DPW) to join a dynamic Alternative Provision in Sandwell, supporting students in Years 7-11 who require a more tailored approach to their education. The role is to start ASAP for a minimum of 4 weeks (possibility to extend), Monday-Wednesday however school can be flexible on this for the right candidate.
The school provides places for young people who are for instance new to the UK, those who prefer and thrive in smaller and nurturing settings, and those who have a statement of educational needs (social and emotional).
What We're Looking For:
- A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS)
- Experience or interest in working with students who require additional support
- A flexible, patient, and creative approach to teaching
- Strong behaviour management skills and a commitment to student well-being
