     Support Worker Highley, Shropshire £23,264 per annum (pro rata) Full time and part time hours available Shifts times: 8am – 10pm, with sleep INS, 10pm – 8am  Drivers who hold a Full UK License with access to their own vehicle & business insurance. Also, must be willing to drive the service vehicle onsite. 
 We are looking for Support Workers to support two young male adults with learning disabilities, autism and some challenges in their behaviours. They both have just moved into their new homes. Both individuals enjoy activities out in the community and spending time at home! They love a Sunday Roast, this would be something on the menu each week for the people we support! No two days are the same but your day might look like this!  
     Supporting our people to be engaged in all day-to-day living activities, including making full use of their community and beyond. Supporting our people with social activities, and connecting with family and friends.  Supporting the management of our people’s finances. Keeping our people’s home clean and fresh, and going shopping.  Providing, and encouraging, personal care.  And enjoying what you do!
 Experience in social care is not essential, we provide a full range of accredited and award winning training programmes at no cost to yourself, including the Health and Social Care Diploma that will really support your career progression.
