Supervising Social Worker - Hybrid - Up to £33ph

NonStop Care are working with a well local authority in the West Midlands for a knowledgeable social worker to join their fostering team. The ideal candidate will share their commitment to delivering high quality services for children, young people and foster parents.

A successful applicant will have access to comprehensive training & CPD, allowing you to progress & build upon your current skillset and further your social work career.

Responsibilities of this role include;

  • Provide regular supervision to foster carers, undertake annual reviews and work collaboratively with other professionals
  • Identify & assess the needs of young people & children.
  • Apply knowledge of fostering regulations, childcare law & safeguarding issues.
  • Work closely with the manager to maintain the supervision of workers in the team.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Social Work & Social Work England registration
  • A drivers license
  • An up to date DBS check
