Tripod wishes to speak to Qualified Social workers with Special Guardianship Assessment experience

1-2 days max in the office
Candidate will be completing Special Guardianship assessments for existing foster careers. There will be no requirement for supervision of foster careers. Assessment work only. One - two days expected in the office.
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification.
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Experience in statutory social work functions, including safeguarding and support.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to social work practice.
- Commitment to promoting social change, safeguarding vulnerable individuals, and maximising independence.
