As experts in duct cleaning and Legionella control, they provide comprehensive services and training in water, ventilation, and grease hygiene, including TR19 Grease Compliance Cleaning and L8 Compliance. Due to expansion plans they are seeking talented, driven individuals ready to learn and grow with their team.

Role OverviewAs a Technical Sales Consultant, you will drive growth for the water hygiene business by following efficient sales processes and providing exceptional service. You’ll often be the initial point of contact for new clients, so a professional and approachable demeanour is essential. Alongside handling new business enquiries, you’ll manage multiple sales tasks, from preparing quotes to renewing service contracts and supporting the sales team with technical expertise. Strong organization and time management skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, send, and follow up on quotes for water hygiene services, aiming to meet monthly KPIs.
  • Proactively generate sales opportunities by identifying and contacting potential clients.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with customers and team members.
  • Confidently handle inbound and outbound calls with new and existing clients.
  • Maximise sales opportunities by responding proactively to new enquiries.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Legionella control and air services.
  • Enhance marketing efforts to boost results and achieve growth targets.
  • Upsell air services to existing water clients when applicable.
  • Manage tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and KPIs.
