My client is looking to hire a Service Delivery Manager to join their IT team . This pivotal role will oversee the availability, performance, and lifecycle of IT services, ensuring alignment with business needs and driving customer satisfaction. You'll be instrumental in delivering high-quality IT services, managing supplier relationships, and implementing continual service improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage IT services, ensuring high availability, performance, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor and maintain service levels, identifying and resolving delivery issues.
  • Oversee the Service Catalogue, ensuring it remains relevant, user-friendly, and up-to-date.
  • Coordinate incident and problem management to minimise disruption and improve service reliability.
  • Lead capacity planning and disaster recovery initiatives.
  • Implement best practices in IT governance and frameworks like ITIL.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and suppliers to deliver innovative solutions and drive efficiency.

Key Skills sought:

  • Proven experience in IT service delivery, incident management, and vendor management.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and IT service economics.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
