We are seeking an ACA or ACCA qualified Accountant to join our client's dynamic team in Somerset. This role is ideal for a professional who is adept at handling a variety of accounting tasks and is keen on mentoring junior staff.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Prepare limited company statutory financial statements.
  • Prepare corporation tax and management accounts.
  • Mentor junior staff and assist in their development.
  • Review accounts files and taxation for Partner final review.
  • Handle other professional service roles as demanded by a busy accountancy practice serving diverse clients across different industry sectors.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • ACA or ACCA qualification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
  • Experience with IRIS Accountancy Software, Sage, QuickBooks, Xero, or other accounting packages is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
