A service organisation based in Bridgwater is currently recruiting a Financial Controller to join their team.

Duties will include:
- Supporting the FD to make strategic decisions based on financial performance
- Managing and mentoring a team
- Finalising month end, providing month end analysis and commentary
- Manage and maintain ongoing process improvements within the team
- Assist with year end audit and statutory accounting
- Build relationships with non-finance heads of departments
- Ad hoc project accounting
The successful candidate will hold a professional accountancy qualification and have previous experience of managing staff. Strong analysis and reporting skills are also essential.
