Duties:
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, management accounts
- Raise, receive and monitor purchase orders
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Assist with payroll processing
- Support the organisation in day-to-day operations
Qualifications:
- You may be AAT qualified or studying at level 3 OR have developed your career entirely through experience
- Proficient in Microsoft and other financial software applications
- Experience:
- Ideally AAT qualified, will consider a strong qualified by experience candidate
- Must have excellent bookkeeping skills, minimum two years of bookkeeping experience
- All round general accounts experience required
- Detailed understanding of purchase ledger, sales ledger, banking, income , overhead and capital expenditure.
