Acorn by Synergie is seeking a General Manager to join their client's growing team in Bridgwater. As the General Manager, you will have the opportunity to manage production, oversee the procurement process, ensure quality control, and manage budgets. In addition, you will be responsible for managing staff and dealing with HR issues, as well as managing the overall site operation.

As the General Manager, you will be a vital part of our team, bringing your expertise and leadership skills to drive our manufacturing operations forward. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of production, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of products
  • Oversee the procurement process to ensure the availability of necessary resources and materials
