Rhubarb Hospitality Recruitment Agency is recruiting a Chef de Partie for a fabulous food-led pub near Langport in Somerset. The property has a modern British restaurant. Menus are built around fresh, locally sourced (organic where possible) modern British ingredients. Food emphasises non-fussy and non-complicated home-cooked food, prepared and presented to the very best standards. Everything ismade on-site from scratch from bread and up.
We are looking for a Chef de Partie who has previous experience working in high-quality fresh food kitchens, and someone with a love and passion for working with great food. A great opportunity to work with great food, learn and progress.
Salary & Package
- Package worth £38,000+
- Basic salary of between £30,000 and £33,000 (depending on your experience) plus aservice charge of £6,000+ per year + cash tips).
- Private live-in accommodation is available at a small cost of £125 per month.
- Pension & 2 days off each week together
- A beautiful countryside location so you will need your own transport to get around on days off.
