Our ambitious manufacturing client based in Bridgwater are looking for someone to support the sales team in a Sales Project Coordinator role. This role will supervise the flow of work through the sales process, ensuring the sales team can focus on meaningful selling interactions with customers and the customers enjoy a seamless sales experience.

You will be handling a wide variety of responsibilities, have a keen eye for detail and be able to think creatively, to find workable solutions and streamline systems to ensure a smooth and efficient sales workflow.

This is a role that will be central within the Sales and Marketing department and allow the building of close working relationships across internal departments, with customers and global distribution agents, coordinating sales activities and tasks.

Working in this role you will be the key point of coordination for all sales enquiries and the project management of each sales enquiry work flow.  

From enquiry qualification, allocation to the Business Development Executives, assisting with quotations, requests for proposals, bids and presentations with responsibility for the handover between sales and operations for all new orders.

You will work closely with the Business Development Executives booking in customer meetings, booking travel arrangements, and ensuring the sales tool kits are updated and accessible to allow them to focus proactively on new business development.

You will report internally to deadlines on the sales activities, ensure the sales pipeline is updated and maintained within the CRM system, work closely with the Marketing team assisting with outbound campaigns and sales processes.
