Do you have experience working in the delivery of large complex projects? Do you want to join a Prestige Global Companies Team as a Senior Construction Delivery Lead?

Role Overview: Lead the delivery of a specific section of the Works, overseeing all construction activities. Collaborate with the Area Construction Lead, logistics team, and other site functions to ensure efficient planning, execution, and client liaison.

Experience Required

  • Experience EPC, Nuclear, CAPEX type works
  • Oversee all aspects of Health Safety and Environment during construction activities
  • Management of strategic planning of site set up, construction sequencing, recovery plans and resource allocation.
  • Undertake and record safety and/or assurance inspections
  • Good working knowledge of commercial principles affecting construction matters.
  • Ability to produce informative, concise reports.
  • Considerable working knowledge in the delivery of large complex projects

Qualifications

  • Relevant Degree (or equivalent) in either Civil Construction.
  • Working understanding of the post holder's obligations under CDM Regulations
  • NEBOSH, SMSTS or IOSH qualification holder
