Construction Delivery Lead

Do you have experience working in the delivery of large complex projects? Do you want to join a Prestige Global Companies Team as a Senior Construction Delivery Lead?

Role Overview: Lead the delivery of a specific section of the Works, oversee the construction activities carried out by the Tier 1 contract partners.

Experience Required

  • Experience EPC, Nuclear, CAPEX type works
  • Mechanical or Civil background
  • oversee the installation large indoor industrial cranes
  • Someone with installation experience or commissioning of large industrial cranes.
  • Oversee all aspects of Health Safety and Environment during construction activities
  • Undertake and record safety and/or assurance inspections
  • Good working knowledge of commercial principles affecting construction matters.
  • Ability to produce informative, concise reports.
  • Considerable working knowledge in the delivery of large complex projects

Qualifications

  • Relevant Degree (or equivalent) in either Mechanical or Civil Construction.
  • Working understanding of the post holder's obligations under CDM Regulations
  • NEBOSH, SMSTS or IOSH qualification holder
