Job Title: Construction Delivery Manager - Nights
Location: Hinkley Point C, Bridgewater
Contract: Long-term
Rate: £525 Umbrella (PAYE) +£1000 shift allowance per month.
Job Summary
As a Construction Delivery Manager (Civils background), you'll support a specific section of work, reporting to the Senior Construction Delivery Manager.
Key tasks include logistics, planning, compliance, and liaising with contractors and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support contractors in delivering work packages effectively.
- Address safety and quality concerns proactively.
- Monitor on-site work, keeping detailed records and reports.
- Communicate with site teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Attend meetings with contractors and report outcomes.
- Conduct safety inspections and maintain clear communication.
Requirements
- Experience in large construction projects (~£15 million+).
- Knowledge of CDM Regulations.
- Strong communication, organisational, and reporting skills.
- Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering.
- SMSTS or IOSH certification.
- Ability to deliver quality results under pressure.
It is highly desirable if you have been a Black Hat.
