We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Call centre supervisor. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of customer engagement executives and sales specialists to deliver exceptional service and achieve team targets.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members, fostering their professional development and growth.
- Set clear objectives and performance metrics for the team, monitoring performance and providing feedback to drive improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Analyse customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement, taking proactive measures to address customer concerns.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in customer engagement to continuously enhance the team's performance.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the team.
- Utilise call centre systems effectively and supervise teams against KPIs and objectives to drive performance and achieve targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or customer engagement role.
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with a focus on driving performance and results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to finding solutions to customer issues.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and work well under pressure.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and tools.
- Flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing business needs and priorities
