Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + Car Allowance

The Role: As an Electrical Project Manager, you will ensure the safe and effective delivery of programme activities to meet safety, quality, time, and budget targets. Key Responsibilities of an Electrical Project Manager:
- Deliver contract activities safely, on time, and within budget while meeting technical requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies and plans in alignment with the Programme Execution Plan (PEP).
- Monitor progress against milestones, deadlines, and budgets, and report to key stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure lessons-learned practices are integrated.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards throughout all project activities.
- Build effective working relationships with project team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in project management of large-scale, complex projects, ideally in regulated sectors (nuclear experience is preferred).
- At least 10 year's industry experience.
- HNC or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering.
- Recognised project management qualification (e.g., APM PMQ, Prince2 Practitioner).
- Broad understanding of electrical systems, construction practices, and contract/budget management.
- Experience with engineering/construction activities, stakeholder engagement, and CDM regulations.
