We are looking for aElectricianwho wants to work in a diverse rolewhere no two days are the same.

As theElectrician,you willprovide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

TheElectrician,will be responsible for:

• Carrying out electrical safety checks, PAT testing, planned and reactive maintenance and repairs, and undertaken some installation works.
• You must be able to work to high levels of health and safety, understand and be able to work to building statutory requirements.
• Ensure regular monitoring and inspection procedures are carried out for all equipment as part of the preventative maintenance programme.
• Therewill be a requirement to work in controlled areas of site in C2 and C3 conditions, training will be provided to undertake these tasks.

To be successful for thisElectrician role you must have:

• Background in facilities or mobile maintenance within the construction sector, or similar.
• Be qualified to either Level 2/3 City and Guilds 2330 or NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation and18th edition, ideally you will have test and inspect 2391
• You should have a full, current, driving licence.
• Be IT literate for record keeping, have good customer service skills.
• Be physically able to carry out the fuller duties detailed in the job description.
