Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Electricianto join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
We are looking for an Electricianwho wants to work in a diverse rolewhere no two days are the same.
As the Electrician,you willprovide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
The Electrician,will be responsible for:
- Carrying out electrical safety checks.
- PAT testing.
- Planned and reactive maintenance and repairs.
- Undertakesome installation works.
- You must be able to work to high levels of health and safety.
- Understand and be able to work to building statutory requirements.
- Ensuringregular monitoring and inspection procedures are carried out for all equipment as part of the preventative maintenance programme.
To be successful for this Electrician role you must have:
- The ideal candidate would have a background in facilities or mobile maintenance within the construction sector, or similar.
- Qualified to either Level 2/3 City and Guilds 2330
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
- 18th edition
- Ideally you will have test and inspect 2391.
- You should have a full, current, driving licence.
- IT literate for record keeping.
- Have good customer service skills.
- Physically able.
