We are looking for a fully qualified Electrician to join our Home Repairs Team, focusing on domestic properties.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in domestic electrical work and hold relevant qualifications, including Level 3 Electrical Installation and the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
This role involves carrying out electrical repairs, installations, and maintenance, while ensuring compliance with safety standards and providing excellent customer service.
A full UK driving licence is preferred, as the position requires travel within a designated geographical area.
The salary for this position is competitive, and candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant experience in the field.

Fully Qualified Electrician – Home Repairs TeamWe are seeking a fully qualified Electrician to join our Home Repairs Team, working across domestic properties. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and experienced professional to become part of a well-established team, carrying out essential electrical repairs, installations, and maintenance.Key Responsibilities:

Carry out electrical repairs, installations, and maintenance in domestic properties.
Diagnose and rectify electrical faults efficiently and safely.
Conduct electrical inspections, testing, and certification to ensure compliance with regulations.
Work independently or as part of a team to complete jobs to a high standard.
Provide excellent customer service while working in occupied homes.
Ensure all work complies with current electrical regulations and safety standards.
Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.

Requirements:

Fully qualified electrician with Level 3 Electrical Installation.
AM2 qualification (or equivalent).
18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671).
Testing and Inspection (2391 or equivalent) certification.
Proven experience in domestic electrical work, including maintenance, repairs, and installations.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems and the ability to work safely and efficiently.
Full UK driving licence (preferred).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work professionally with tenants and homeowners.

We will provide you with a company van, therefore a full driving licence is a must. You will also be assigned a specific geographical area where the majority of your work will take place, however you may need to attend other areas when the business requires.
