Working Monday to Friday, 08.30-16.30pm and 1pm, Friday finish Salary - £23,800 - £26,000 plus standing allowance and two annual bonuses per year for staying and being loyal to the company. You will accrue a competitive salary and lots of company benefits including Christmas shut down and 33 days of holiday. Job role: * Working towards Lean manufacturing standards * Working on large press machines mixing the solutions together to pour safety into the mould press, then clamping secure to ensure no spillage occurs. Then moving the product into the oven where it will set and harden. * Quality checking is vital to ensure no cracks occur. * Label the parts so customer specification and order information is clearly visible * Load all final goods into the dispatch area. * At times you maybe expected to work across different departments. * Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. * Checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies and reporting to your manager.
