We're exclusively recruiting for a Finance Manager on behalf of a well-established company in Bridgwater. This is a full-time, office-based role offering the opportunity to take ownership of the finance function while working closely with the Directors.
Key Responsibilities in this Finance Manager role:- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including bank reconciliations and all aspects of Purchase Ledger- Prepare and submit monthly payroll and pension contributions.- Produce monthly management accounts, cash flow forecasts and financial reports for Directors.- Submit VAT & CIS returns
To be considered for this Finance Manager role, you will:- Be AAT Level 3 qualified (or have equivalent experience). - Have experience in either practice or industry-this is a great opportunity for someone moving from practice into industry.- Be proficient in Excel and confident working autonomously.- Have strong communication skills and the ability to interact with other departments
In exchange for this Finance Manager role you will receive: - Salary up to £35,000 (depending on experience).- 22 days holiday + public holidays.- Company pension scheme with salary sacrifice option.- AAT study support
