Are you a highly skilled and passionate Group Chef ready to take on a challenging yet rewarding role? My client operates one of the most exciting businesses at one of the most sophisticated and extensive catering environments in the UK.

Position Overview:

As our Contract Development Chef, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the culinary excellence and operational efficiency in this contract. This role combines innovation, quality control, and high standards to support the delivery of the food delivery acrtoss multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Culinary Expertise: Elevate food quality and standards, leveraging experience as a strong Group Chef.
• Site Operations: Oversee operations across four main restaurants, six off-site facilities, a 24/7 coffee shop, and kitchens supporting up to 15,000 workers.
• Menu Development: Specialize in diverse offerings such as pasta pots, coffee, fish & chips, overnight meals, and roast dinners.
• CPU Integration: Collaborate in converting CPU operations for onsite services.
• Facility Expansion: Play an integral role in designing and implementing a new kitchen.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of 400+ staff, including 100 kitchen chefs and staff
• Hygiene Standards: Maintain food safety excellence, ensuring compliance with Food Hygiene Level 4 standards, or working towards this qualification during emplyement
• Shift Work: Primarily Monday to Friday
