An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Planner/ Administrator. The ideal candidate will have previous knowledge of planning in a manufacturing environment to ensure the smooth and timely distribution of orders. Well versed in production procedures and will be organised, efficient and posses excellent problem solving skills.
Meeting with the senior team to highlight any potential concerns or unforeseen order delays. Able to liaise with shop floor managers to highlight areas of concern and assist in reducing bottlenecks and arrears.
Need to be proficient in Excel / Word and other computer systems
Handling administrative emails and assembling documentation for production teams by printing
Preparing and submitting progress and performance reports, emailing and co-ordinating the orders
Would suit a strong office administrator
Full time role of 37 hours but Possibility of part time hours 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday if required
